Work is proceeding as scheduled onsite with regards to the demolition and Creason Building roofing.

Some highlights for March thus far:

- Hood continued general demolition of the upper level in the Palmetto building.

- Hood removed the existing elevator cab and equipment in the Palmetto building.

- Hood began the removal of the concrete in the light well.

Construction on Sumter Street has officially begun!

This Week’s Activities – January 2, 2012

- Hood Construction met with First Citizens to discuss coordination of the Creason scopes of work

- Hood Construction began notifying the subcontractors

- Emerald began the asbestos floor tile abatement on the Creason 1^stFloor
