Parking Options
The parking garage, attached to the Tower at 1301 Gervais Street is owned by the Parkway Company and managed by the Lanier Company. Palmetto Club Members and their guests may park in this garage or the Keenan Garage on Marion Street at their own expense. Palmetto Club Members may charge their parking charges to their Palmetto Club account in the Tower Garage only. Rates are listed below:

Weekdays Rate:
- First ½ hour - $1.25
- Second ½ hour - $.75
- Each additional ½ hour - $1.00

- Early Bird Special (in before 8:00 a.m., out after 5:00 p.m.)- $4.00
